Based on the popular children’s novel of similar title and the classic J.M. Barrie story, Peter and the Starcatcher is a prequel to the tale of Peter Pan that we all know and love. This unique production gives audiences the backstory of how Peter became the boy who never grew up and how he and the lost boys came to live on Neverland – an island populated by pirates, savages, mermaids and a very opinionated fairy.
This production showcases the talents of 60 Jackson High School students participating in the cast and crew, who have spent 10-15 hours in rehearsal, every week, since September.
Performances for the public will be Friday, November 16th; Saturday, November 17th at 7:00p.m.; as well as Sunday, November 18th at 3:00p.m. We would like to invite you to be our guest at one of those shows. Please support the hard work of these JCS students.
